TECH SUPPORT

WELCOME…IT IS NICE TO HAVE YOU.

We at ABI adhere to a simple premise in doing business with the customer. Give them great and innovative products first. Then follow up with a team of experts to help in the application and solve any problems that may crop up. And to always be there to talk technical with the folks.

To that end, Gary Ford, made a commitment a few years ago to hire Chuck Bennett as technical director. Chuck possesses a unique combination of skills in metallurgy and jewelry manufacturing that enables him to assist you in all levels of your jewelry manufacturing from casting to finishing. Chuck is supported in the field by Peter Keddy in our Connecticut office and Somkid Ngernprasert in our Bangkok Thailand office.

With these experts and other consultants that we utilize worldwide, ABI stands ready to service your technical support needs.
