Traditional Sterling

“When you consider all the types of sterling silver that ABI sells to the jewelry industry, it is little wonder when one thinks of sterling silver, one thinks of ABI.”

Sterilite™ sterling, platinum sterling, and, of course, traditional sterling are made from .9999 silver and .9999 polished copper grain. It is made like all our metals, with great care and attention with expert oversight.

With a state of the art centrifugal pouring process developed by Marc (Doc) Robinson, ABI’s graining machine allows all the new metal melted to be poured into one bead size with no waste, while ABI’s competitors use a gravity pour process where they have to “strain off” all the undesirable pieces that have formed in this process. Shot that is too big, has strings on the beads, or has any cosmetic defects that determines how the grain will sell is taken out.  This excess bad shot from that melt goes back into the next pour of metal.  But not at ABI, where our pourer utilizes all of the metal in one pour – an advantage to you because you are assured of totally new and virgin metal every time.

See why ABI is considered by many to be the sterling silver company?  But never forget that ABI is really an all-around precious  metals company. Fine metals of intense variety, manufactured with high technology, a battery of technical help and a commitment to service unmatched in the industry today is our specialty.
